Paint Correction · Marble Falls, TX

Paint correction that brings the gloss back

Correction is the step that actually changes how a car looks. Coating a defective finish just locks the defects in under a clear layer — so we fix the paint first.

One-step vs two-step

A one-step correction uses a single compound-and-polish stage to remove the majority of light swirls and oxidation. It is the right call for a well-kept daily driver. A two-step adds a dedicated cutting stage before refinement, for paint with deeper defects, heavy swirling or years of wash damage.

How we work

Wash and decontaminate, iron removal, clay treatment, then measured machine polishing in sections under multiple lighting angles so nothing gets missed. We inspect as we go rather than at the end.

What correction cannot do

Polishing removes a controlled amount of clear coat to level the surface around a defect. Deep scratches that have gone through the clear cannot be polished out — we will tell you that before we start rather than after you have paid.

Common questions

Answers before you call

How much does paint correction cost?

Paint enhancement starts at $500. Full paint correction is quoted in person, with pricing from $1,250. Price depends on vehicle size, paint hardness and how much defect there is to remove. We quote in person.

Do I need paint correction before a ceramic coating?

Almost always, yes. A ceramic coating seals in whatever is underneath it. Correcting first is what makes the coated finish look deep rather than just slick.

Will correction remove every scratch?

No. If a scratch has broken through the clear coat, polishing cannot restore it. We assess the paint and tell you honestly what will and will not come out.

How long does corrected paint stay looking good?

That depends entirely on how it is washed afterwards. Correction plus a coating plus proper maintenance is what keeps it — correction alone will re-swirl if the car goes back through a tunnel wash.
